Who we are

Lyric Video Maker lets you upload a song and make a synced lyric video in your browser.

Audio and lyrics

The song file and the finished preview stay in your browser. We do not upload the song to build the watermarked preview.

Pasted lyrics are sent to our server so it can estimate line and word times. This build does not save those lyrics. If the alignment request fails because the network is down, the browser estimates the times itself.

Accounts

If you create an account, we store the name, email, and sign-in data the account system needs. You can make a preview without an account. Export does not ask for an email.

Free export limit

Each device, or each visitor IP when the site is on Cloudflare, can download three watermarked previews in a rolling 24-hour window. Exporting the same project again, including after text edits, does not use another one.

On Cloudflare we store a hash of cf-connecting-ip, not the address itself. Without that header we store a random device id in an HTTP-only cookie. We do not store the song.

Cookies

Sign-in uses a session cookie. The free-export limit uses the device cookie described above. We do not sell personal information.
