Lyric Video Maker: Turn Any Song into a Synced Lyric Video
A free lyric video generator in your browser: upload a song, paste the lyrics, and download a watermarked preview.
Lyrics video examples made with this tool
Both clips came out of this lyric video maker, from upload to download, with no editing afterwards. One is a 16:9 video for YouTube, the other a 9:16 video for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts. Each is the free watermarked preview, exactly as the file downloads.
The 15-second song and its lyrics were written for these examples.
Make a lyrics video in 3 steps
Upload the song
Drop in an mp3, wav, or m4a up to 6 minutes and 25 MB, then paste the lyrics with one line per row. Automatic lyric detection is coming soon, so today the lines you paste are the lines on screen.
Fix the timeline
Each line gets a start and an end, spread across the length of the song. Change the words, move a line earlier or later, or split and merge lines. Press Play to hear the song under the preview and check every line before you export.
Download a preview
Pick a style, font, colors, and a solid, gradient, or photo background, then choose 16:9, 9:16, or 1:1. The watermarked preview is recorded in your browser. Your audio file is not uploaded to our server; only the lyrics and the song length are sent to place the lines.
Lyrics to video in three styles
Scroll one line at a time, highlight each word, or set one large line in the middle. Then change the font, colors, and background.
- Line by line
- The current line sits in the middle. The line before and the line after stay faint.
- Word highlight
- The active word sits on a solid block while the rest of the line waits.
- Big centered text
- One line, large, in the middle of the frame. Useful for short hooks.
Watermark-free 1080p
A higher-resolution export without the watermark is coming soon. The free preview on this site stays watermarked.
